In regards to the fit of our clothing, we ask that you refer to our sizing charts which are listed specifically for each product. Please be aware that these charts are for the general characteristics of our clothing products. Five Percent Donation to Animal Shelters
PawsMood pledges to give five percent of sales to animal shelters. The gross amount for this five percent donation is calculated based upon our total sales minus return amounts, sales, taxes, and any other fees that should arise during a sale outside of the advertised price of the item. This five percent donation extends to gift wrap purchases. This five percent donation does not extend to gift cards seeing as how any purchases made on gift cards will have a five percent donation at the time of sale. PawsMood reserves the right to donate the total accumulated five percent of this sales revenue at any single given time within a given calendar year or any multiple times within a calendar year.
PawsMood reserves the right to donate to any animal shelter of its choosing within the United States of America or any other country. PawsMood will seek to ensure favorable conditions towards animals at any shelter it seeks to donate to before donating in order to try to ensure the most benefit from donations.
Terms of Sale and Payment
By purchasing any product from our site, you are agreeing that you are of legal age to legally purchase that product and that you desire to purchase the product that you are purchasing. You are agreeing that all information you provide for payment and processing is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are agreeing that you are an authorized user of the payment method you are using to purchase a product from us. Any receipt or order confirmation which you receive from us does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse any order made by you or any order made by others on your behalf. We reserve the right to modify or decline any order, at any time, for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse service to you for any reason.
We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered. Under normal circumstances, we limit our orders to 15 items without requiring a phone or email contact order. We reserve the right to change this requirement at any time and for any reason. If you desire to order more than 15 items at a time, then please contact us.
In the event that an item lists or is purchased under an incorrect price, for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel said order, regardless of whether said order has been processed or not. If payment has already been made and we decide to refuse or cancel an order, then we will refund you the amount that you paid back to the payment method that you used. In the event that we alter an order and we have agreed to partially refund you, we will issue the agreed upon partial refund to the payment method that you had used to complete the altered order (when it was originally placed before the alteration).
We utilize a third party payment processor. We do not collect or store any payment information though our third party payment processor may do so. You must agree to the terms and conditions of use of our third party payment processor Stripe when making a purchase by using our Credit Card form or other non-Paypal payment methods. You must agree to the terms and conditions of use of our third party payment processor Paypal when making a purchase by using our Paypal payment method. In the event of a payment processing error or other issue, PawsMood shall not be held liable by you, although we may, at our discretion, attempt to work with the third party payment processor and yourself in order to resolve any issues.
We offer a wide range of payment options through our third party payment processors.
We do not accept payment methods other than those accepted by our third party payment processors unless specifically agreed upon by PawsMood before the purchase is made.
Processing times through our third party payment processor can vary. If you have insufficient funds in your account at the time of payment, PawsMood reserves the right to contact you directly and seek payment for any unpaid balance for the product purchased in addition to any penalty fees incurred on our behalf due to your insufficient funds.
For the purposes of this Shipping section of these Terms and Conditions, the term “domestic” or the term “(U.S.)” refers to the United States and its legally associated territories. For the purposes of this Shipping section of these Terms and Conditions, the term “final mile” refers to the final distance of international shipping once a delivery makes it to its final destination country.
We provide an average time of delivery to you within our checkout and order notification process. This is not a guaranteed delivery date. This average is dependent upon many variables which we do not have direct control over. Your delivery time at checkout does not display or account for a processing time. We typically process orders within 1-2 business days, not including holidays or weekends. Some orders may be shorter or longer in processing time by 1 – 2 days. For all expedited shipping purchases, we promise to process and ship the order on either the same business day as the order or by the next business day. Business days are calculated based on business hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time and when within that time period your order was purchased.
By purchasing a product through us, you agree to receive an email notification confirming your order, an email notification for when your item has shipped, and any additional email correspondence that we choose to send at our discretion in relation to the verification, processing, and shipment of your order.
We cannot make a change to the delivery address after an order has been placed. Our system immediately inputs and processes orders. If you need to change the delivery address, you will have to have the old product returned from the order address, abide by our return terms and conditions, and place the order again once your return is processed. We cannot refund or cancel orders placed to a different or incorrect address.
If expedited delivery on domestic (U.S.) orders is desired, we often, but not always, provide domestic expedited shipping for an additional cost. Domestic expedited shipping is only available in certain areas. The domestic expedited shipping delivery guarantee date varies depending on holidays and weekends. For domestic expedited shipping, you typically must allow for same or next business day processing, one business day shipping to urban areas, and two business days shipping to rural areas.
We utilize various shipping providers in order to deliver our products. We most often use the United States Postal Service for domestic shipments. We most often use the United States Postal Service and whichever postal service organization is responsible for delivering post mail in your country (for the “final mile”) for expedited international shipments. We most often use Asendia USA and whichever postal service organization is responsible for delivering post mail in your country (for the “final mile”) for standard international shipments. We may also periodically fulfill orders through FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express. The shipping provider may require a signature for delivery. By purchasing a product from us, you agree to the terms and conditions of use of the carrier of our choice listed above in this paragraph and you agree to their policies regarding signature or pickup requirements.
PawsMood ships internationally to most countries. Currently, we do not ship to the U.S. listed sanction countries, which includes Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. Due to Covid-19 shipping restrictions among the postal service of other countries, we currently cannot ship to Bermuda, Brunei, Eritrea, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Martinique, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Reunion, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Samoa, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. Although our system is designed to only allow for authorized country addresses on orders, if you manage to somehow input a restricted country address, we will cancel your order and refund you through the method that you used to pay us. The delivery time when making an international purchase can often reflect an extended time period that can be up to 40 days. Due to unforeseeable delays in customs and foreign mail carriers, sometimes shipping to international destinations can be delayed considerably which contributes to this extended delivery time. Usually, shipments arrive in considerably less than 40 days. The 40 day delivery maximum is due to any delays in customs or any delays with your country’s domestic mail service.
For international shipping, we provide an information bubble in the bottom left of the screen on product pages, the cart page, and on checkout pages. Please click on it and choose your country to see your possible taxes, duties, and fees. We do not charge you for this estimate but we leave the payment of such costs up to you upon receiving the item. These costs are given to you as an estimate and are in no way a guarantee that you will have to pay them or that the estimate is completely accurate. You may end up having to pay an unknown amount in taxes, duties, or fees that is more than the calculated estimate that we gave you. We do not typically accept returns or issue refunds as a result of unforeseen or unexpected costs due to taxes, duties, or fees related to international shipment expenses. If you return a package to us due to a refusal to pay the costs associated with taxes, duties, or fees related to international shipments, then we will not re-ship the order to you until you make payment for our cost of re-processing and re-shipping the order. If you return a package to us due to a refusal to pay the costs associated with taxes, duties, or fees related to international shipments, then we will not refund your order.
If international expedited delivery on international orders is desired, we often, but do not always, provide expedited shipping for an additional cost. International expedited shipping is only available to certain countries.
We sometimes offer free shipping in certain circumstances. Free shipping only applies to the subtotal of your items (before tax) and after any loyalty points, coupons, or discounts have been applied. We may also periodically offer a free shipping coupon which would qualify you to be eligible for free shipping once you have satisfied the terms of the coupon.
For any method of international shipping, the guaranteed delivery date is 40 days from the date of shipment. For any standard domestic shipment, the guaranteed delivery date is 2 days from the date of shipment. For any domestic expedited shipment, the delivery guarantee is within 5 days. In order to process a return, refund, or discount on an order, we must wait until the total amount days, from the date of shipment to the guarantee date, has completed. Once that many days have passed since shipment, if you still have not received your order, please contact us and inform us. At this point, in order to process any refund or reshipment on your missing order, we must process a shipping claim on our end and may require some documentation or statements from you as it applies to you in these Pirateship shipping insurance terms and conditions and these USPS Priority Mail Express terms and conditions (only if your purchased domestic expedited shipping). You must allow up to 10 business days for the claim to process on any missing order before a refund or reshipment can be initiated. Upon the approval of any refund, we will notify you of the refund through email. Please be aware that, once we process a refund and send you the notification email, it can take up to 5 to 10 business days for a card refund, 3 to 5 business days for Paypal, or up to 30 days for a Paypal card payment. These times are not within our control and control of these times lies solely with the third party payment processors which we utilize as outlined in our Terms of Sale and Payment section in these PawsMood Terms and Conditions.
Any shipping product that is not received within the guaranteed date is eligible for a partial refund at our discretion or a full refund if you choose to return it. This eligibility only stands if you notify us of the late shipping delivery within 10 days of delivery. If a product does not arrive on time, a full refund may be issued only once you have contacted us and requested a refund, allowed the required time for us to verify that the shipment did not arrive on time, received our return shipping label, sent the product back to us, and allowed for us to receive and process this product. Once we verify that the domestic expedited shipping product did not arrive to you on time, we will issue you a prepaid return postage through a shipment carrier of our choice. This prepaid return postage will be sent to you through email. You are responsible for any costs related to printing the shipping label, preparing the product for shipping, and transporting the product to the shipment center. You are responsible for any damage to the product during this process. Please be aware that, once we process a refund and send you the notification email, it can take up to 5 to 10 business days for a card refund, 3 to 5 business days for Paypal, or up to 30 days for a Paypal card payment. We have a vigorous quality control process for all of our products.
We are dedicated to making sure to try and source products with a high standard of quality. Many of our products are hand inspected before we even receive them and quality specifics are set for our orders.
Upon receiving your items from our manufacturers, we again inspect your items by hand to make sure that they have no defects, are within our specifications, and that they properly fit according to our sizing estimates.
Before shipping your item out to you, we again hand inspect each of your items one last time to make sure that it has no defects or damage during storage in our inventory. We then take pictures of your product condition and immediately package it for shipment.
We ask that you inspect the state of your item upon receiving it and before you remove the tags. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the product to us within 30 days of your purchase date. You may be eligible for prepaid return shipping if the product is received by you in a damaged or defective state. For further details, please refer to the Returns section of these Terms and Conditions.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the product to us within 30 days of your purchase date. If the product is received by you in a damaged or defective state then you may be eligible for prepaid return shipping. In order to be eligible for prepaid return shipping, the product must have our tags still attached and you must contact us to process the return within 30 days of your purchase date. If our product tag is removed then it is not eligible for prepaid return shipping. If the product is stained, shows signs of being worn, or is otherwise damaged, then it may not be eligible for return. We may require documentation of your merchandise, such as photographs, to be submitted to us before we authorize a return.
If we issue a prepaid return label and, upon receiving the product returned, discover that our tags are removed, then we may subtract the shipping cost from the product refund amount and notify you of the partial refund amount and subtracted shipping amount through email. If we issue a prepaid return label and, upon receiving the product returned, discover that the product is stained, shows signs of being worn, or is otherwise damaged, then we may subtract the shipping cost from the product refund amount and notify you of the partial refund amount and subtracted shipping amount through email. If we issue a prepaid return label and, upon receiving the product returned, discover that the product is stained, shows signs of being worn, or is otherwise damaged, then we may deny the product refund amount and require you to pay the prepaid shipping that we initially issued for your return as well as the cost for us to return your product to you. If this occurs, we will notify you through email.
If a product is not received by you in a damaged or defective state and you desire to return it due to any reason besides having received the product in a damaged or defective state, and the product was not damaged or worn by you or someone else, then you may be eligible for a refund without a prepaid return label. You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to be eligible for a return without a prepaid return label. If we authorize your return without issuing a prepaid shipping label and, upon receiving the product returned, discover that the product is stained, shows signs of being worn, or is otherwise damaged, then we may deny the product refund amount and require you to pay the cost for us to return your product to you. If this occurs, we will notify you through email. If we deny the product refund amount after receiving it returned to us, and should you refuse to pay the shipping cost to return the product to you, we will dispose of your product.
If you are issued a prepaid return label, it will be issued through email. You are responsible for any costs related to printing the shipping label, preparing the product for shipping, and transporting the product to the shipment center. You are responsible for any damage to the product during this process.
We do not accept returns without prior authorization by us. Should you decide to try and return an item to us without our prior authorization, we may, at our discretion, asses a partial refund or decide not to refund at all. Should we decide not to refund, we will require payment from you for return shipping of your product back to you before we will return the product back to you. If you try to return any product to us without prior authorization by us, we will correspond with you through email. If you do not provide email contact information with your return, and we are not able to get in touch with you by other means, we will dispose of the product that was sent to us. In order to avoid any of these inconveniences for either party, please do not return any merchandise without prior approval.
If you receive a product that appears to have been damaged during shipment, you may, at our discretion, be eligible for a prepaid return and full refund. We may require photographs and further information should you seek out a return due to shipping damage. If you receive a product that appears to have been damaged during shipment and you intend to contact us regarding the issue, please keep all shipping packaging until we process your request.

We withhold the right to refuse a refund, full or partial, for any reason. All refunds are at our discretion.

Our loyalty program offers a loyalty points rewards system which amounts to $5.00 USD off every $100.00 USD that you spend with us with the option to earn points in other ways as well. Membership points are calculated after all discounts, rewards, and coupons are applied and before taxes, shipping, duties, and fees are applied. Membership points only accumulate on completed purchases. Membership points are revoked if the purchase for which they were earned is returned, declined, or canceled. If a return is made on an item or items but not on every item in a purchase, membership points for that purchase will be subtracted to reflect the appropriate amount for the subtotal of your order at the time of the purchase minus the subtotal of the returned items at the time of the purchase. If a purchase is made, either partially or in whole, by membership points, and a separate product from a previous order is returned which earned some or all of the points used on the new purchase, a partial refund on the returned product will be issued after subtracting the cash value of the points used in the new purchase. We also offer special member promotions for our loyalty members from time to time. You are always allowed to use any current and valid loyalty discounts and points in addition to any other applicable, valid, and current discount that you have. No points can be redeemed for cash.
Loyalty points are only usable in 500 point increments. The way that we disperse loyalty discounts is by providing you a discount code by sending an email to the email registered with your account. This code is for $5.00 USD off of a PawsMood purchase. This code must be redeemed to receive your points discount. Loyalty points do not expire when they are less than an amount of 500 but are subject to cancellation if your loyalty program account is inactive for a period of two years or longer. Once loyalty points reach 500 and we send you your discount code, your points will reset to the new acquired amount minus the 500 previously earned points. Your discount code that is sent to you is subject to deletion and invalidation after two years from the send date if it has not been used or if you delete your account. The loyalty program point system is subject to change or deletion at a future undisclosed date should we find that such a program is no longer desired for us to provide. Should we decide to cancel or alter our points program, we will either send you a discount code for your points balance through the email that you had provided to us or offer you a time period to use your points. In such a case, we will attempt to contact you by the email that you had provided to us in order to inform you of the update or deletion of our points system. We cannot guarantee that our points system will always be completely accurate or that it will be free of errors but we will always do our best to treat our members properly and respectfully and we will always attempt to honor your rewards balance that you have accumulated. Please contact us if you believe there is some sort of error with your points accruals.
Should you choose to cancel your account with PawsMood at any time, any active loyalty program discount codes and any accumulated loyalty program points will be permanently deleted and ineligible for any future redemption. We do not have any way to retrieve your loyalty program discount codes or points once your account is deleted and we cannot be held liable for your points and/or discount codes in the unlikely but possible event that your account gets hacked, deleted unintentionally, maliciously deleted by someone else, or for any other reason.
By signing up for our loyalty program, you agree to always receive critical emails regarding your account for as long as your account is open with us. Such emails could be, but are not limited to, emails concerning your account status, loyalty points balance, or a change in our loyalty points system.
Email List Subscription
We offer various means throughout our website to sign up for receiving our emails. Should you choose to enter your email address in the space provided and click the consent button (worded variously dependent upon where you sign up), you are consenting to receive periodic emails from us. We try to honor the patience of those who sign up for our emails and we therefore will try to limit our emails to no more than one per week, with the exception of rare special occasions such as the weeks leading up to Black Friday sales events. We do not guarantee that you will receive as little as one email per week in all other instances but we will attempt to approximately honor this schedule. Our email updates typically consist of sales, styles, blog content, social media content, and related content, but the content can vary. You can opt out of our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of each email. If we forget to provide an unsubscribe link, then please contact us.
We send you your 15 percent off coupon to the email that you provide us with upon you signing up to receive emails from us. This coupon can be used on any purchase from us. You agree to use this coupon one time and you agree to provide us with only one email address which you use to sign up for this offer. This offer is limited to one 15 percent off discount per customer, despite however many email addresses that you have or use. Should you attempt to fraudulently provide us with more than one email address in order to use this offer multiple times, or should you attempt to use or successfully use this offer an additional time, we reserve the right to refuse service to you for any amount of time. This 15 percent off offer falls under the same restrictions as our promotions restrictions listed in these Terms and Conditions.
If you sign up for a membership with PawsMood, you are automatically opted in to our rewards points system. Upon signing up for our membership program, you agree to receive email updates on your rewards points balances, which are usually only sent if your points accumulate enough for you to receive a discount coupon or if your membership account has been inactive for enough of a time period to qualify for account deletion and and we decide to cancel your membership account.
We often offer discounts, rewards, and coupons through various means. We try our best to assure the accuracy of discount, reward, and coupon offers and that we are honoring them but sometimes mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to end such discounts, rewards, or coupons at anytime, regardless of the presence or lack of an expiration date. We guarantee free shipping on all domestic orders over $50 (For valid United States addresses or the addresses of the USPS recognized colonies thereof) and free shipping on all international orders over $75 (For valid international addresses), after all discounts, rewards, points, and coupons are applied and before taxes, duties, and fees are applied, when the shipping address is a legal address within the United States. Any discounts, rewards, or coupons exclude taxes, duties, fees, and shipping unless otherwise specified. Multiple discounts, rewards, and coupons are not able to be combined unless it is otherwise specified. No discount, reward, or coupon can be applied once expired and all discounts, rewards, and coupons are for a limited time and while supplies last. No discounts, rewards, points, or coupons can be redeemed for cash. Unless otherwise specified, all discounts, rewards, points, and coupons can only be used once per person. All discounts, rewards, points, and coupons are automatically subject to being canceled or no longer honored if the date of issuance was at least two years in the past from the current date.

Non-Enforceable Provisions or Restrictions
Any provisions or restrictions in these terms and conditions which are considered, “unconscionable” are not enforceable. Any provision or restriction in these terms and conditions which violate local, state, or federal law shall not be enforceable.
