During your checkout process, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date. This date can vary depending on the shipping option that you choose, your location, and the date that you complete your checkout process. We try to offer expedited shipping options when possible but we cannot guarantee that it will be available. The shipping estimate that we give you includes our best estimate when including a processing time and the shipping time combined.
After you place your final order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address that you provided. Our company begins processing your order as soon as we can. If you order from our website, your item will be processed through our distribution center that is in-house; owned and operated by PawsMood and located within the United States of America.
Once we send off your product using the carrier of our choice, we will send you a shipment notification to the email address that you provided. All of our shipments include tracking. Domestic shipments have door-to-door tracking and international shipments have door-to-door tracking to a limited number of countries. For all other countries, we provide tracking either to entry into the delivery country or tracking to the shipment center city that is closest to the delivery address.
Please remember that the delivery estimate is an estimate and not a guarantee. Sometimes, packages can be slightly delayed through the carrier and of no control of our own. For international shipments sent outside of the United States of America, importation processing and local postal service to ship “the final mile” can add additional unexpected time. Even still, we value our customers and would be glad to help. If your package has not arrived by the delivery estimate date that we provided to you, then please feel free to contact us and inquire about your shipment. We are always happy to help.
PawsMood ships internationally to most countries. Currently, we do not ship to the U.S. listed sanction countries, which includes Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. Due to Covid-19 shipping restrictions among the postal service of other countries, we currently cannot ship to Bermuda, Brunei, Eritrea, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Martinique, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Reunion, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Samoa, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.
Please pay attention to the delivery estimate when making an international purchase as they can often reflect an extended time period. International shipments could possibly arrive before the end of the delivery estimate (though speeds are often slower than normal due to Covid-19 delays). For international shipping, we provide an information bubble in the bottom left of the screen on product pages, the cart page, and on checkout pages. Please click on it and choose your country to see your possible taxes, duties, and fees. We do not charge you for this estimate but we leave the payment of such costs up to you upon receiving the item. These costs are given to you as an estimate and are in no way a guarantee that you will have to pay them or that the estimate is completely accurate.
