Want to return your product? Just follow these steps:
Assure that any problems with your merchandise has not been caused by user damage. We do not typically cover any damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear of our products unless it is related to a defect in the merchandise.
Access our support form. Fill out the required and applicable form information and select the returns option. Make sure that your email address entered is correct because we will use it for all further return processing communication. Enter the reason for the return request in the message box along with any pertinent information. Upload any relevant images under the upload option. This can save you time and effort with required followup. Once you have completed all of this, submit your form.
We will get back to you as soon as we can. We may require further documentation (such as photographs) or description for your request.
If we approve your return, we will reply to you with shipment instructions.
Ship your package to us by following the shipment instructions that we sent to you.
Upon receiving your return, we will notify you.
If we discover any issues regarding product misuse or normal wear and tear of our products not related to a defect in the merchandise, we will notify you.
After our inspection and upon processing your return, we will notify you that we have processed your repayment through the payment method that you had made your order with.
