We are dedicated to making sure to try and source products with a high standard of quality. Many of our products are hand inspected before we even receive them and quality specifics are set for our orders.
Upon receiving your items from our manufacturers, we again inspect your items by hand to make sure that they have no defects, are within our specifications, and that they properly fit according to our sizing estimates.
Before shipping your item out to you, we again hand inspect each of your items one last time to make sure that it has no defects or damage during storage in our inventory. We then take pictures of your product condition and immediately package it for shipment.
We ask that you inspect the state of your item upon receiving it and before you remove the tags. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the product to us within 30 days of your purchase date. You may be eligible for prepaid return shipping if the product is received by you in a damaged or defective state.
